…and that’s a wrap!
Well, we hope everyone enjoyed the fabulous Toy Story yesterday! We certainly loved seeing all the beaming smiles. It was a great movie; 21 years old – and it’s still pulling in the crowds. That’s the sign of a really enjoyable film.
As usual we had some additional entertainment to make up the @BillericayCine Experience. Jessica from Let’s Face It painted over a dozen beautiful faces – and the good news is that she’ll be back for next month’s film : “Inside Out”. Designs included butterflies and tigers – and in many cases lots of glitter!
Our Art and Craft stall was incredibly popular with a number of wonderful Mr & Mrs Potato Heads being created.
There was lots of concentration colouring in – and apparently one young lady pleased her mother by writing the second letter of her name for the very first time!
Our volunteers on the temporary Tattoo Stall were very busy – all of which meant everyone was kept occupied whilst waiting for the film to start and during the interval.
For the first time at “Family Sunday” we asked you to fill in a feedback form to see whether we are selecting the right films for you. You scored Toy Story a stunning 9.4 out of 10 and we had some lovely comments :
“Our first visit – very impressed & will return. Thank you!”
“Fantastic value. Great to have in the Community.
Will definitely come again”
We had a number of first time visitors – including families from Hockley and Chelmsford (welcome!) – and some great comments from both children and parents as they left.
Thank you for coming – and see you next time!
