Payment Information
Online payment is made via our payment processors Golden Giving. We have no access to any account information other than the general type of card used (eg debit card, credit card) which determines the card processing fee that we pay. Golden Giving have their own privacy policy which can be viewed here
We do have access to your email address, postal address and phone number (if supplied). The email address is stored in our accounts package which is password protected and stored behind a firewall. This is solely used to record the ticket purchase and, with your name, enables us to know who to expect at our films. We use your street address (but not number) to create a map to see our general coverage (see below) but do not store any personal or specific information relating to that address. We will only use your phone number in case of emergency, for example if we need to cancel a show at short notice, e.g. because the venue is unexpectedly unavailable.

Cookies
